Goodthoughts is a labor of love and optimism. Designed orignally as a simple gesture to friends — supportive words designed with appealing art to boost a mood or inspire new thoughts. The practice of meditating to understand a situtation and even change the way the mind was working became habit and eventually, Goodthoughts was born.

Goodthoughts has no instructions on how to be mindful. No steps to take or in-app purchases to get you further along. There is no data collection or advice from experts. Goodthoughts is simply thoughts, ideas and meaningful quotes that helped us, in our day-to-day effort to be present, calmer, kinder, more positive, forgiving or grateful — the gamut of the human experience. Goodthoughts humbly suggests a thought each day that may, at the moment you view it, help you pause and change the way you’re moving through your day.
